Home 6 Months and Livi is 18 Months Old
Wow, it is so hard to believe that we have been home with Olivia for 6 months and that she is 18 months old today. It has been a busy couple of months and we even went to Florida last month. Livi loved the pool and never wanted to get out. She is definitely a water baby. She had a fantastic time trick or treating for the first time and was lucky that her cousins went with her. The first night she went trick or treating at her Nana and Poppy's neighborhood then on Halloween she went to her cousin's house. She was so adorable, she signed "candy, please" and then "thank you" when she got candy. Yes, Livi is spoiled and she had 2 different costumes for Halloween, the first night she was a Panda Bear (she loves her bears) and the second night she was a pink kitty cat (she also loves cats).
I honestly can't imagine my life without her and the pain of the over 4 year wait was worth every second. I love you Olivia.

How is it possible you've been home 6 months already? And I still haven't met Livi... we should get together soon.
And thanks for the reminder that the wait is worth it. Some days it's a struggle. I know you understand.
Just let me know when you have a day off and we will get together so you can meet her.
Yes, the wait is so worth it even though it might not seem like it at the time. I just think that without the wait being as long as it was, I wouldn't have Livi as my daughter. Hang in there.
Livi certainly has brightened up everyone's lives in the last 6 months. I have seen you, my daughter smile in such a way that I have never seen before. Livi has completed you, and Mommahood looks wonderful on you and your smiling face! I know that you heard "it will be worth the wait" over and over for 4 years, and now you know that all of those people who said it were absolutely right.
I love the picture of you and Livi in the pool while in Florida!!! Livi certainly takes after her Momma in the "water baby" department. I love you, Mom
